The Boston Celtics have won the 2017 NBA Draft Lottery and will have the first pick in the 2017 NBA Draft on Thursday 22nd June.
The Celtics had a 25% chance of snaring the number one pick.
The pick was acquired in the deal that sent Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett to the Nets in the 2013 off-season.

The Lakers will select second, hanging onto their top-three protected pick. The Philadelphia 76ers will select third.

It’s still early days but it looks most likely that the Celtics will select Washington freshman Markelle Fultz with their pick, meaning that Lavar Ball may get his wish of his son Lonzo playing for the Lakers.
