LeBron James and Kyrie Irving combined for 80 points to lead the Cleveland Cavaliers to a thrilling 125-120 victory over the struggling Los Angeles Lakers last night and secure their playoff spot.

Kyrie top-scored with 46 points whilst LeBron chipped in with 34 as the Cavs finished with a 43 point fourth quarter, going 21-6 to finish the game to rally back from an 11 point defect to secure the W.

Kevin Love contributed 21 points and 15 rebounds.

For the Lakers, D’Angelo Russell dropped a career-high 40 points, hitting seven threes and dropping six dimes in 41 minutes.
