WATCH: T.J. McConnell hit the first buzzer beater of his entire life to beat the Knicks

Today the New York Knicks suffered one of their most embarrasing losses of the season at the hands of the Philadelphia 76ers.

After being behind by as many as 17 points, the 76ers made a furious comeback to win 98-97.

Second year guard T.J. McConnell hit this game-winner to ice the game.

After the game, McConnell revealed that this was the first buzzer beater that he’s hit in his entire life.

The loss was the Knicks ninth in their last 10 games.

Joel Embiid finished the game with 21 points and 14 rebounds, including hitting a big three down the stretch.
